South Florida will be the warmest spot in the US. The Keys are limestone and while we do have some 'beaches," (Bahia Honda, Sombrero Beach, Anne's Beach, John Pennekamp Park) we are not known for beaches. Places like Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale are more the beach spots with miles and miles of white sand.
